Mr. Gaurav Govind, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after some argument prays for disposal of the writ petitioner seeking liberty for the petitioner to raise the issue in reference to his individual problem before the authority concerned and it goes without saying that any such representation being filed by the petitioner with supportive facts and relevant circulars on which he seeks to rely would be considered and disposed of by the authority concerned in accordance with law preferably within a period six weeks of its filing.
