The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 582 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. These petitioners are woman and they have not played any role in the alleged occurrence. These petitioners have got clean antecedent. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 582 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
