2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the trial all the witnesses have been examined but the trial Judge is not concluding the case. The Trial Judge is directed to conclude the hearing of the case at the earliest. He will not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. He will hear the defece arguments on day to day basis
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4753 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 and conclude the trial within two months.
4. This order has been passed in presence of the learned counsel for the informant.
5. In case, the trial Judge is absent, the District Judge, East Champaran will transfer this case in a Court which is available.
6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
