In the present case, petitioner is seeking relief for quashing the order dated 24.4.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, East Muzaffarpur by which he has cancelled his licence.

There is provision for appeal. Petitioner has approached this Court straight way without exhausting alternative remedy by filing appeal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9445 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the appellate authority. If such an appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the appellate authority will be obliged to look into the matter. While disposing of the limitation matter the appellate authority will take into account the pendency of the present case before this Court. All process should be completed within a period of four months from the date of filing of the appeal. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
