Petitioner seeks bail in Bithan P.S. Case No.183 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 379, 447, 448, 452, 384, 386 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has filed Bithan P.S. Case No.173 of 2017 earlier with similar allegation levelling allegation that petitioner made demand of rupees fifty thousand as Rangdari. It is further submitted that petitioner and the informant are co-villagers. Both are running small grocery shop in village. Due to business rivalry, petitioner has been implicated in this case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Bithan P.S.
