1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. The matter has been placed for consideration of the petitioner's regular bail prayer in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 272 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. Krishna Deo Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and in the FIR, there is no specific allegation against her and in actual, she was separate from the victim's husband and had no concern with the affairs of the deceased. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is suffering from abdominal tumor and the doctor has advised operation in respect of her disease and in this regard, a supplementary affidavit with

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 07.10.2023 and the husband of the deceased is also in judicial custody.

4. Mr. Nawal Kishore Prasad, learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account the petitioner's health issue mentioned above, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in Connection with Sirdala P.S.
