That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ/ writs, order/ orders or direction/ directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to restrain from constructing pucca house by respondent no. 6 on the land belonging to the villagers including the writ petitioner in which a pond was existing and used by all villagers for several occasion like Chath Pooja and also for last rites of the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
