JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned SC-19 appearing on behalf of the respondent State.

The grievance of the petitioner is that a drainage has been constructed over the raiyati land of the petitioner pertaining to Khata No. 118, Plot No.310, Municipal Survey Plot No.1642, situated at Moh-Mirchiya Tola, Gulzarbagh, Patna City, DistrictPatna. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at present,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7205 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 confines his prayer for disposal of the representation dated 11/04/2016 and 01/06/2016, submitted before the Circle Officer, SDO, Patna, the Deputy Collector of Land Reforms, Patna City and District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna, copies of which has been forwarded to Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Patna. However, the petitioner is also ready to submit fresh representation before Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Patna, within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondent State has no objection in disposal of the writ petition in terms of the confined and limited prayer of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation before Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Patna, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, who shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
