One country made pistol and eight live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner no.1 whereas one country made pistol and six live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of petitioner no. 2 for which petitioners are in jail custody since 07.01.2016. It would appear from perusal of Para-3 of the petition that both the above named petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.
