The petitioners seek bail in Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 380 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod. The doctor examined Dhanesh Prasad Yadav and got three injuries on different parts of his body. Injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29624 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 380/2013.
