2. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to represent before the respondent no. 2, the Director, Surveyor Licensing Department, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, New Delhi within a period of eight weeks.

3. If such representation is made within eight weeks, the respondent no. 2 shall decide the same preferably within a period of four months.
