The petitioners claim to have been appointed in the office of Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur long back on Grade IV post.

The counter affidavit discloses that the petitioners' appointment has been cancelled under order dated 18.6.2016 by the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12142 of 2014(7) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 Mr. Sharma, appearing for the petitioners, submits that he would be assailing the said order as being in violation of principles of natural justice and without observing any procedural formalities.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
