JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition in which the complainant/informant claimed that it was co-accused Rajendar Sahani, who instigated her to deposit the amount in question in a chit fund company. So far as petitioner is concerned, no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.02.2016 and the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur
