The matter has been taken up through virtual Court proceeding.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 136 of the Electricity Act.

Petitioners are in custody since 30.11.2020. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that stolen material of electricity department was recovered from the vehicle of which the petitioners and others were

Submission is that the co-accused has already been allowed bail. Investigation of the case against the petitioners is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 212 of 2020 arising out of Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No. 347 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the court.
