The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case for kidnapping of his daughter against 10 accused persons named in the FIR. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The victim girl was recovered from Baramula, Jammu & Kashmir. She made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., but did not disclose the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade even after being arrested and he is in jail since 14.04.2015. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation.
