The petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 116/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of Rajesh @ Rajesh Tiger and Mantosh @ Mister. The petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade, although he is in custody since 18.10.2014. Co-accused Rajesh @ Rajesh Tiger has already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
