2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the letter dated 15.4.2017 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 5 by which he, without taking any step for enquiry, sent the report to the Respondent No. 4 in a very casual manner and further for quashing the order of rejection of the application filed by the petitioner on 07.05.2017 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 4 by which the Respondent No. 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.9276 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 rejected the application of the petitioners on the basis of the report dated 15.4.2017 in a very casual manner and further direct the respondents to consider the report of the Amin dated 24.4.2017 and after hearing the petitioners pass appropriate order directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioners from their possession of the land and not to make any further construction on the land during the pendency of the writ application and further for any other relief/reliefs as the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievance.
