JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 29.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of deceased had taken place six to seven years ago and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Roshan Khatun, who happens to be mother in law of the deceased, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20353 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.C. Sharma, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014.
