In this case, the petitioner is praying to direct the respondent authorities, namely, the Chief Security-cum-I.G., R.P.F., E.C. Railway, Hajipur as well as the Superintendent of police, Railway Dhanbad and the Commandant, R.P.F., Dhanbad to take appropriate action against the R.P.F., Constable, namely, Mr. S.N. Bhagat.
