The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that one Splendor Motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.10.2018 having clean antecedent. He further submits that Police has remanded the petitioner merely on suspicion. There is no claim of the aforesaid Motorcycle. No separate case of stolen Motorcycle has been lodged by anybody.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Chamapran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S.
