The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against him. The informant, a police officer, alleged that on account of an accident in which many persons were killed villagers of the vicinity made protest, blocked the road, set ablaze the police station and vehicles lying on the road. Three cases were registered against the villagers. Many of the similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged either on anticipatory or regular bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30023 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 118/2015.
