Earlier, once the bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31870/2021. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No.334/2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the son of the informant with iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 5.

Considering the custody of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8, East Champaran (Motihari), in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No.334/2019.
