2. The present restoration petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.12316 of 2022, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 18.11.2022, whereby the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to remove the defects within three weeks, failing which the writ petition was to be dismissed without further reference to the

Patna High Court MJC No.185 of 2026(3) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 Court.

3. Considering the averments made in the present restoration petition, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.12316 of 2022 is restored to its original file.

4. The time granted vide order dated 18.11.2022 in C.W.J.C. No.12316 of 2022 is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.
