The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 406 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

97 bags and ten wooden boxes of tea were recovered from the godown of Ranjit Kumar, the brother of the petitioner. Ranjit Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner. Ranjit Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 09.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7489 of 2013. The case of the petitioner stands on the same ground.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
