JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has already returned and her statement has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she specifically, stated that she, voluntarily, left her home and went to Delhi. She further stated that she was never kidnapped by any person. The Medical Board found her aged about between 18-19 years. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
