JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Niraj Kumar @ Niraj Kumar Singh @ Manoj Master and Ranjit Kumar have been arrested during the pendency of the petition and as such it has become infructuous.
The application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Niraj Kumar @ Niraj Kumar

So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Mamta Devi and Pratibha Anand is concerned, on perusal of the case diary and considering the fact that petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Mamta Devi and Pratibha Anand are ladies and have no criminal antecedents, this Court is inclined to grant bail to them. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Simmi Kujur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S.
