2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the IPC, Section 3/12 of the POCSO Act and 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act.
3. As per FIR, the grand-daughter of the informant went to School, but she didn't return home. The informant started searching for her and came to know that one Prince Kumar Yadav had kidnapped the informant's grand-daughter, after abusing and assaulting her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He has submitted further that the petitioner was copassenger in the train where the victim was traveling and he is not named in the FIR. The victim herself went with her friend to New Delhi.

The stage of the trial was called for from the learned court below which has been received through letter no. 108 of 2024 which shows that the statement of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded and the case has been fixed for defense evidence. It appears that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, which is hereby rejected.
