2. The present modification petition has been preferred for modification of the condition no. (i) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82163 of 2024 vide an order dated 28.11.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not have family member/relative having appropriate documents and in that background, the same may also be simplified.

4. The condition no. (i) (in Cr. Misc. No. 82163 of 2024, order dated 28.11.2024) be read as follow: "(i) One of the bailor should be the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8518 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 family/relative/friend of the petitioner."

5. The present modification petition stands allowed to the extend mentioned above.

6. It is also made clear that the land document of the same district even if it is of a different village should be entertained by the Court and share further ensure that the person who has been granted bail should not remain in jail even for a single day on the ground of minor technicalities.

7. It is expected that the Court concerned shall this time ensure the release of the petitioner on his furnishing appropriate documents.
