JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 21, 26-A, 40 of Bihar Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1972.

Petitioners were caught with coal laden truck and when the documents relating to the coal was demanded by the informant, petitioners produced forged document for which petitioners are in jail custody since 22.02.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16646 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016.
