No specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner in the first information report but in course of investigation, witnesses stated that petitioner assaulted the deceased with Cholni.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is a lady, who is languishing in jail custody since long, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
