2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4447 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 early disposal of Registration Appeal bearing 179 of 2022 filed under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908.

3. In view of the above prayer of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Darbhanga is directed to dispose of the Registration Appeal No. 179 of 2022 at the earliest preferably within four months from today.
