ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 18.8.2015 by which the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Lakhishari, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Case No. 10 of 2015 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014. Having considered the merits of the case, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30396 of 2015 dt.07-07-2015 2/2 specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014, to the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai, and the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
