The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation it revealed that co-accused Manoj Kumar had transferred Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) in the bank account of the petitioner. Manoj Kumar had grudge against the deceased for non payment of Rs.2,00,000/- (two lakhs) which was advanced by Manoj Kumar. The impugned order does not reveal that there was any other material against the petitioner. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on
