The petitioner is accused in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015, registered under Section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner was disclosed by spy, thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police, who got recorded the confessional statement, showing his involvement in the present. Further submission is that while informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them again, but the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P as yet and he is in custody since 27.06.2015.

No.19626 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 (S.T. No. 338 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
