Patna High Court LPA No.903 of 2017 dt.29-11-2017 2/2 earlier passed on 09.01.2013 by a Bench of this Court in Civil Review No. 438 of 2012 and Civil Review No. 438 of 2012 was for review of an order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5819 of 2010.
5. Neither the order dated 09.01.2013 passed in Civil Review No.438 of 2012 nor the original order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5819 of 2010 are impugned in this appeal.
6. That being so, only against the order passed on 24.03.2017 in M.J.C. No. 3131 of 2014, this application is not maintainable, until and unless the orders passed in Civil Review No. 438 of 2012 and C.W.J.C. No. 5819 of 2010 are also impugned.
7. Accordingly, we find that this appeal is not maintainable and this appeal stands disposed of. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Uday/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE NA Uploading Date08.12.2017 Transmission Date NA
