JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 Heard Mr. Ram Hriday Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Nadim Siraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and Mr. Arvind Nath Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the University.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the details of the petitioner have been forwarded to the Education Department in proper format by the College for the purpose of pay verification. The communication dated 26.06.2020 has also been brought on record by way of filing Counter Affidavit on behalf of the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara and on perusal of the said counter affidavit, it appears that the as soon as pay verification report in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4059 of 2019(10) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 respect of the petitioner is received, the payment will be made to the petitioner on the basis of fixation of pay by the Pay Verification Cell.

Mr. Nadim Siraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State suggests that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6 (Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar, Patna), who is the competent authority, to take final decision for making necessary payment to the petitioner by the University taking into consideration the letter dated 26.06.2020, as contained in Annexure 'R/2' of the counter affidavit, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner has no objection, as suggested by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

5. In the light of the suggestion made before this Court by learned counsel (Mr. Nadim Siraj) to which the petitioner has no objection, the present writ petition is disposed of.
