The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Tariyani P. S. Case No. 156 of 2018 dated 02.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged in the F.I.R. that while he along with his brother were standing in front of their house, the petitioner, armed with a gun came along with other family members of his and ordered for assaulting the informant and his brother. It has then been alleged that the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a counter version to the occurrence, lodged by one of the accused persons of this case. In the aforesaid transaction, two persons from the side of the petitioner have received injuries on the vital portions of their body. The injury suffered by the informant, which is said to have been caused by the petitioner, has been opined to be simple in nature.

There appears to be some dispute between the two families and hence the case.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
