====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1(i) For setting aside the encroachment proceeding bearing no. 16/17-18 which has been initiated by the respondent Circle Officer against the petitioner.
(ii) For that the Bandobast/lease/sub-lease the 1 decimal land bearing Old Khata No.
94, New Khata No. 262, Old Khesra No. 88, New Khesra No. 199 under Ojhaul Mauza.
(iii) For that the respondent has acquired the said land belongs to the petitioner by sale deed for the purpose of making road and awarded compensation, petitioner is ready to return the compensation amount and respondents also
Patna High Court CWJC No.1191 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 returned the land which belongs to the petitioner.
(iv) For a direction to the respondents to reinstate the said land in favour of the petitioner."
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed a representation dated 07.12.2018 before the respondent no. 1, The Collector, Darbhanga for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is pending till date as per the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. The Collector, Darbhanga is directed to dispose of the representation dated 07.12.2018 of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
