NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner who retired from the post of Block Agriculture Officer, Jai Nagar in the district of Madhubani with effect from 31.01.2010 prays for payment of GPF amount along with interest.

Considering the nature of claim and the prayer as made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, Patna which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such

Any amount due along with admissible interest would be paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same would be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post.
