The petitioner seeks his bail in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.463 of 2014 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner and co-accused Satendra Kumar were arrested while going on motorcycle and 11 kgs. ganja was recovered.

It is submitted that from the possession of co-accused Satendra Kumar 5 kgs ganja and from the possession of the petitioner 4 kgs ganja respectively were recovered. Accused Satendra Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 21.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5726 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on same footing as that of co-accused Satenra Kuamr. The petitioner is in jail since 26.9.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
