JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Spl. Case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 467, 472, 477(A), 409 120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 13(2) R/W and section 13(i)(d) of the P.C. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 29230 of 2017, 29458 of 2017, 19681 of 2017, 13527 of 2017 and 38357 of 2017.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31412 of 2017 (4) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016/Special Case No. 43 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
