1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45045 of 2018 arising out from Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.727 of 2015.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62760 of 2021(4) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.727 of 2015.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.727 of 2015.
