The petitioner is in custody in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2017. He further submits that the instant case was registered against unknown but he has not been put on TIP as yet.

Considering the fact that the instant case was registered against unknown and he has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
