The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the husband of the informant was forcibly kidnapped and confined in a room and the investigation would suggest that the kidnapping was for ransom and upon recovery, the victim stated that the petitioners were also amongst the persons involved in his kidnapping as also that the petitioners were arrested from the place from where the victim was recovered by the police, I am not inclined to grant them bail.
