====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.07.2013 with a direction that "the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis for early disposal of the same preferably within nine months".
However, it has been reported that the aforesaid order of this Court was never received in the Court below and the case is likely to be concluded within a period of nine months.
Hence, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today by taking coercive steps against the witnesses and if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months then the trial Court will consider the prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner. With this observation, the petition is disposed of. Kundan/- (Gopal Prasad, J) U T
