According to the informant, two persons including the petitioner fired upon the deceased but admittedly, the deceased sustained only one injury, Moreover, one co-accused, namely Bhorik Yadav @ Ajay Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 03-042015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33217 of 2014. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Behea P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
