JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 354A & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and 7 other persons are said to have assaulted the informant and two other ladies and out of which, one Bijali Devi appears to have sustained grievous injury but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and moreover, other 5 co-accused having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 14-03-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10778 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20232 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Xth, Bhagalpur.
