In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case for the offence punishable under sections 307/34, 341 and 328 of the I.P.C.

Allegedly for the occurrence of 02.05.2014 the F.I.R. has been lodged on 08.05.2014 though it is alleged in the written application that the informant regained consciousness on 04.05.2014.

It is submitted that Bindeshwar Sah has been killed for which Risiup P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 dated 03.05.2014 has been filed and in retaliation this case has been lodged. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the

No.28836 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 petitioners, Girija Devi, Santan Sao @ Santan Kumar and Sunita Devi in case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Tiwary, J.M. Ist Class, Aurangabad in Risiup P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
