2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.92 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273, 379, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the Scorpio in question had been hired and the petitioner had no knowledge that the country made liquor in 44 cartoons was being transported.
4. Considering the petitioner is the driver-cumowner of the Scorpio from which the recovery of the incriminating goods was made, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22048 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 on bail. The bail petition stands dismissed.
