JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-11-2017 With regard to construction of the drainage in question, from the counter affidavit filed by the State Government, it is see that the road has already been constructed more than one year ago and there is no provision for construction of any drainage. The question as to whether a drainage has to be provided on the road in question or the area in question is a matter to be considered by the authorities of the State Government, particularly the departmental authorities of the Rural Works Department, Bihar and, therefore,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12301 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 we direct respondent nos.4 and 5 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and proceed to such action as may be permissible under law with regard to construction of the drainage in question.
